We had a clogged toilet due to a kids toy and we said that upfront. Maximum plumbing said they had a free service call but ended up charging us $300 and not fixing the obstruction issue. They did say, it’s not very common we can’t fix a clog, sorry. So we still have a toilet that doesn’t work and we’re out $300
