- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what customer wants done, review how to achieve those results, discuss possible options and agree on the solution and work to be performed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Retiring in April and have always done handywork for friends and family. I decided to expand that and created HomeWorks of NKY, LLC
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I perform basic home repairs and IT support. Most of my clients are people who either don’t want to do this work or are too busy to it themselves. They trust me to do that for them so they can focus on more important things.
