Yoel showed up on time, assessed the work to be done and started immediately. We had him repair a downspout that blew off the house in a recent windstorm. He got the repair done quickly and it looks great! Pricing was very fair, too! I will definitely utilize his skills for other projects in the near future.

Yoel replaced 2 fans, 2 exhaust vents, 2 wired smoke detectors, a chandelier, 4 ceiling light fixtures and two vanity fixtures as well as a switch out a regular outlet to a gfci one. This man is so nice and easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. He is kind, punctual, and knowledgeable. He made sure every job was done right. His prices are very fair. He does not over charge like the big companies do. I will definitely be hiring Yoel for any future handyman project, especially minor electrical work like I had done today.
