- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company offers first time client, Veterans, & Frontline worker discounts. We don’t have hidden fees. We give our estimates in writing & discuss cost before we start a project. Some projects we do require a deposit, which is discussed as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a consulting company. Which means we want to meet you where you are at. We want your vision & dreams to come full circle. We are here to help you accomplish this. We try to ask lots of questions & work with your individual needs. We offer virtual, evening, in person, & weekend appointments to work with your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. One thing that stands out to me is that no matter what profession, treating others like family shows them respect and also that you are respectable. Building a trusting relationship is key.
