We are a second generation Masonry Contractor with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the masonry trade serving the Greater Cincinnati area. A family owned business born and raised in the Cincinnati area. No job to big or too small. From commercial projects to smaller residential projects, we are here to offer our expertise. We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris to fix a 30 yr-old crumbling retaining wall in our backyard, and we couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, Chris demonstrated incredible professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. What truly amazed us was how efficiently he completed the job—our wall went from crumbling to completely restored in just one day, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Since this was a repair rather than a full replacement, I expected to notice differences in the wall between the decayed sections being repaired and the original masonry, however, Chris exceeded my expectations—the finished product looks completely cohesive, as if the entire wall is brand new! Chris was also incredibly responsive throughout the process. We appreciated that he showed up on time to give us a very detailed estimate before even taking the job, and then kept us informed helping us understand what needed to be done. His communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Chris is a very skilled craftman who is also punctual, respectful of our home, and easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for future projects!

I know it mentions to choose up to 3 items of the work Precision did, but honestly, I would choose all five - work quality, punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness and value. Chris is honest, showed up when he said he was and has always been professional with my husband and I. We are definitely going to use him again on our next rental.

Chris was extremely professional. He even discovered that he did not need to do all of the treatments to part of the chimney he had anticipated and this actually resulted in an adjusted fee which was less than the estimate. He repointed two chimneys and replaced one concrete cap on a six foot wide chimney. Excellent work.
