- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part is our initial intake, in which we sit down with our customers, to understand what they are wanting, are there any current issues they need addressed, and what is their budget. From there, we then get to the customers location where we will walk the potential job site, confirm the work they are wanting completed, check for any issues with code, and take pictures. As this wraps up, we will then provide a written estimate, that outlines everything we reviewed and then give them a call to go over. Once the customer verbally accepts, we will then draw up a service agreement that is sent over to the customer for signatures. After this is signed we will then confirm with the customer when we are planning on starting and completing the project. 24 hours prior to the job starting, we will call them for one final confirmation that we are good to start the following day. As the work progresses, we will provide proactive touch points to see how everything is going, and upon completion of the job we will do a final walk through to ensure we have exceeded their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 years industry experience. Outside of this, I have a bachelors degree in business administration and organizational leadership.
