You won't get an ordinary massage or pain rehabilitation session with me! I strive to treat each client as unique as they are. I go above and beyond to create a plan to help each client achieve their goals, whether the goal is pain relief, strengthening, toning, or relaxation.
I am a dedicated and passionate licensed massage therapist, neuromuscular trainer, and nurse. Through the variety of services I offer at my health center, Vim & Vigor, I am right by my client's side, encouraging, educating, and delivering dynamic care.

Melanie exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I made the appointment to address tightness in my lower back. She did a great job of educating me on the relationships between muscles and how they impact one another, and that focusing on the symptom alone would not deliver the results I was after. I gauged that she was a person that was knowledgeable and trusted her to take the lead. I am glad I did.
It’s now been 5 days since the massage and the healing benefits from the increased blood flow keep coming.
I am definitely looking forward to booking another appointment in the future!

The environment was very relaxing, and put me at ease as soon as I got there. Melanie was extremely professional, and used the right amount of pressure on my trouble areas which lessened the amount of pain in my neck. I will definitely be going back in the future!
