- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the service. We offer a 10% Senior Citizen and Military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, if need be, we will send our estimator to your home at a time that is convenient to you for a complimentary estimate for services. If you do not need an estimate or it's an emergency service request we will get a service technician to you as soon as possible. If you are filing a claim, we will help you work with your insurance to make the process as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC Certified in Applied Structural Damage, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, EPA Lead Safe Renovator, Level one Thermographer, Fire & Crime Scene Clean Up.
