FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time cleaning can be a little higher because most likely it a deep cleaning. After that if hired on for Recurring services, the cost drop down a bit. I always give discounts to my customers. Especially, for referrals. It is also very important for me to know if the house. has a basement. In my profile the average price showing is only for the home not the basement. Most basement will be charge additional fees..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a people person and love working with old or new customers on a daily basis. I know how hard it is to have strangers coming in/out of your home around your family. Especially, when they have to be there for hours at a time. That is when you know your nervous system done kick in. But keep in mind, I'm new to you and you're new to me. I try my best to make my customers feel better, and definitely not over stay my welcome, for more than a day.. Lol 😂 For Standard Cleaning it depends on the size of the home 3/4 hours. Deep Cleaning anywhere from hours to days depending on the home size and condition.
