I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Philtech Electronics & Appliances. As a foster parent facing a dire situation with a malfunctioning condensation line in my air conditioner, I was in urgent need of assistance. The leak had forced us to turn off our AC, making the sweltering heat unbearable with a heat index exceeding 100 degrees.
After encountering exorbitant quotes and lengthy scheduling delays from several companies, Phil from Philtech came to our rescue. Despite being delayed by a prior job and the late hour approaching 7 pm, Phil went above and beyond by arriving promptly and working tirelessly until after 10 pm to rectify our issue. He efficiently rerouted the condensation line, resolving the problem completely.
Not only was the service provided by Phil exceptional, but the total cost was remarkably reasonable, half of what other companies had quoted me. I am immensely thankful for Phil’s dedication and expertise in swiftly addressing our urgent situation.

Knowledgeable from the very first conversation. Mr. Duncan read my notes and discussed the problem. Hired him on the spot, he ordered the items believed to be required and set a date to diagnose and install. Arrived at the time he said he would and commenced work. He finished the job, I paid him and he said if there was any problem to contact him as he stated it may be possible that more refrigerant would be required if it did not get to temperature. Monitoring that now and sent him a follow up message.
