Wow! What can I say? I’ve worked with appliance repairmen in the past but Paz is definitely the standout by far over all the rest. His depth of knowledge on refrigerators is amazing! And he got my refrigerator up and running quickly. He knew exactly what to check, diagnosed the issue quickly and very accurately, ordered the parts, and had the unit up and running just two days later. While Paz was here, he gladly helped with two other separate repair issues I asked about. In both cases he put in the extra time and effort to resolve those issues as well - and without an extra charge. I would unhesitatingly recommend Paz (his first name is really Marcelino) to anyone needing appliance repair. You can be sure he is on my speed dial list for any future repair needs I may have. High 5’s to Paz!!!

Paz did a great job at diagnosing and repairing the problem I had with my dishwasher. He was the only person to respond to my problem. He is also by FAR the cheapest. He does quality work at a very reasonable price. He is also very honest.

Paz did a great job from beginning to end. He was communicative about availability and flexible when I needed to reschedule. His initial inspection seemed to be leading to an expensive part but Paz looked further into the cause and found the root cause was easier to repair and less expensive. He was friendly and professional in all our interactions. Would definitely hire again.
