$119 Service Charge covers technician coming to your home and diagnosing appliance. Discounts for Military/Veterans, Fire, Police, Teachers, and Seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer requests service. We call to confirm appointment. We send a 3 hour timeframe by text and also text when we are on the way. We service. You pay. That simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EJ personally has 3 Associate Degrees in Electrical Technology. Each of the Technicians also go the an intense in house training program that ensure they not only, know how to service your appliance needs, but also that they deliver the same high quality personalized service that represents our brand appropriately.
