William did a great job on restoring my computer when I thought I had lost all the info on it. Thanks to having Acronis software already on my computer he was able to restore the computer back before I lost most of it. I recommend Acronis software and hardware to everyone before you lose it all. William can tell you about it cause he has it also. I am not saying this to have him sell you something but he can tell you about it and what it will save you in the long run in case of a computer crash. glad I got mine about 6 years ago. saved me allot of cost and headaches today. Just ask William about it this is my own opinion of course. But today he had me up and running in no time (thanks to Acronis also) and now it is running smooth again and great!! thanks William and I will use you as my Go To Tech!!

William, of Drive Cycle, got my internet back up and running in about an hour, after doing a lot of investigating and re-configuring. He blamed a lot of the problem on my Norton software and not on my computer, modem or router. Hope everything continues to function as it should on my 12-year-old Dell! Thanks William and be careful when you ride that "Harley!"
