- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexable, Trade/Barter welcome, I offer discounts on PC replacements trade in your older broken machine and get a discount on services the day of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out, schedule an appropriate time and figure out how I can best help you or if you even need my help, often times I can simply tell you what you need to know no charge.
