FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $45 for a one hour session if you train once weekly, $40 per session if you train twice weekly, and $35 per session if you train three times weekly. We also offer 30-minute sessions for $25 per meeting. I encourage clients to consider booking a group session, which is the cheapest route to go. We charge $70 total for a group of two, $90 for a group of three and $100 total for four people. This can be divided equally among the participants for a great discount. So bring a friend, the quality will not suffer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client first begins their training, our coaches use the first couple of sessions to establish a baseline for their current level of fitness. From there, we customize a program that is geared toward their personal goal, whether that be weight loss, toning, or improving health outcomes and reducing disease risk. We work relentlessly to help you achieve whatever you desire, of course within reason (everything takes time). The workouts are challenging, but over time, our clients will begin to feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident that they can achieve their final goals because they start to experience real time results. Once on our roster, you have unlimited access to your coach. This is mostly achieved via phone calls, text messages or emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaches all have either a bachelor's degree in Human Performance Studies (Exercise Science) or Kinesiology, as well as a number of accredited certifications. Personally, I have a master's degree in Aging Studies/Public Health Sciences, and both a Medical Exercise Specialist and Health Coaching certification from ACE.
