FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have lots of flash sales throughout the year! Contact our office and follow us on social media to learn about current promotions. We always offer discounts to nursing home facilities/residents, non-profit organizations, law enforcement, firefighters, active military, and veterans. An additional fee is applied to your bill for "special services", such as cleaning inside refrigerators, ovens, etc. Please be aware of what is and is not included in your service before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get our new customers scheduled for a free and no obligation walk through estimate of their property. This process typically takes around 15 minutes. We believe getting to know our customer face-to-face allows us to lay the foundation for a long and trusting relationship. It also makes it easier for customers to communicate their needs and expectations if they show us exactly what and how they want the job done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Upon being hired, each maid is trained alongside a supervisor for a minimum of two weeks and until the supervisor deems the new maid is trained to clean independently. Thereafter, we have regular office meetings to ensure maids are informed and following our safety regulations and standard cleaning procedures.
