- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try and determine what the issue is, help the customer understand what could be the potential causes for the issue(s) and what resolutions are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of training that I have has been hands-on with my current employer of 25 years. However, I have taken several courses along the way to further my knowledge in various applications such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Exchange, Networking, Security Applications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my current full-time employer of 25 years, and then with a few tenants in the building and their employees as well as coworkers and their relatives and friends.
