Hello my name is Chandler Summers I’m a General Contractor here in Wichita KS. I’m here to help home owners with their needs and wants with either their home remodels or even home repairs. I’ve been in the commercial industry for over 6 years and the residential for 4 years. I have LLC insurance up to 1,000,000 dollars. I also have my business license through the state of KS. For handymen stuff only. First hour is $110 every hour after is $35. Anything out side wichita area will be charged drive time ($50 hr) and if any material is to be picked up for the job that is also $50 per trip. serving Valley Center, Park City, Newton, and Wichita.

I give free estimates. $35 hrly rate per guy $50 for drive time per hour Or I can give you estimate which would be one lump sum amount to complete your project. Completely up too you. I charge $110 first hour.
