- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure to get to know your project goals before we give you a price. Our pricing is determined by the project, so smaller projects have smaller prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new people, and learning how we can solve a problem. First, we connect with you either over the app or by phone. We want you to know we got your request, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Depending on the project, most of the time we prefer an in person estimate, so we better learn your goals of the project. Then, we can either give you a price on the spot, or send to you in an email so you can better make your hiring decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, before we started offering service to customers, I made sure I was professionally trained, and also preformed services on my home first. If it not good enough on my home, we certainly wont do the service on your home. For our technicians, we first send our techs to the right training courses in the industry, and earning certifications in industry multiple associations.
