Mr. Prado showed up at 7 am sharp, as promised. He assessed the area/jobs that needed done and came back three hours later, as we agreed, and got started. I have used this APP for a while, and have found some ‘shady’ characters but Mr. Prado is not one of them. The details, dedication, value to cost ratio has been amazingly acceptable. The fact that he showed up to the timeframes committed was admirable. Punctuality is a rare characteristic these days! He has done on amazing job, framing three doors. He has shown that he can manage the opportunity to complete other projects for me! I’m honored I found him. A very genuine, kind and respectful human. Thank you!!
