- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to see the project to clarify all the wants and needs of the customer. That ensures we are all on the same page and get it right. The price will never go up on the work agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the client is almost a must. Personal interaction puts a face to the name.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree, Kansas State University. 30 years of construction experience.
