- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will beat any written estimate from a reputable company. If you allow us to quote you last we promise you’ll be happy every time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a no-pressure approach. We come to your home, measure using laser technology so we can be as precise as possible, then go over as many or as few styles & colors as you’d like so that you can make an informed decision. We will leave you with a written estimate so that you can take your time and get back to us if you decide to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in the home improvement industry; from starting out as an installer to project management & new-hire training. I have a bit of OCD which works in my clients favor; I won’t consider a job completed until you’re 100% satisfied.
