- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is vastly different from another so there's not necessarily a standard pricing. I go over the customers wants and needs with them and we break it down from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with a customer and go over the job description and expectations and then keep them informed on my progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I I worked for Wright's Tree Service who contracts for Westar and trims all the trees for their power lines. I got to work with some great individuals and gained a great deal of knowledge and experience.
