- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing system, because when it comes to website design and development, no two sites are alike ... well, at least no two of ours! We are not a template shop, and never work with pre-made, template WordPress themes. When you work with us, you can expect a new site that's built from scratch specifically designed for your business. The pricing varies a bit based on the size of the site, whatever special features or functions we need to develop, and whether or not we're creating any content for you -- just shoot us an email with the details, and we'll be happy to put together a proposal for you: hello [at] jade.solutions. And if you're looking for more than just website design and development, we also offer a range of ongoing monthly/quarterly services including: search engine marketing, social media management, and content development -- all of which are priced on a case-by-case basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been building great sites for clients of all shapes and sizes since 2005. No matter the industry or where your business is located, we can help!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small(er) businesses, usually with fewer than 50-60 employees, are the clients who contact us most frequently. They've outgrown the "do-it-yourself" approach, but don't necessarily have the budget for a corporate agency. We always enjoy working with these clients -- no matter what industry they're in! We take great pride in the relationships we develop with these companies, and frequently continue to work with them for many years after we build their website.
