Meet with them in person if requested. Generally like to get a look at their pool before I give a firm quote. Can do it remotely with enough details and pictures if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Pool Operator and licensed in areas where needed. Continual student. Learn new things everyday.
