- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing won’t be the cheapest nor will it be the most expensive. But I promise it will be fair and you will receive top tier service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment, confirm the date and time a day or two prior to the scheduled time, discuss problems/goals, diagnosis overall system health, discuss recommended repairs and pricing, complete the work in a timely fashion, ensure the customer is satisfied, collect payment and ideally earn a long term customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of experience in both residential and commercial systems. I’ve been trained by on the best techs in KC with over 20 years experience.
