Asked me to reschedule because of weather so I did no problem. On rescheduled day, two days later, he never showed up and never called. Rude!

I apologize for the inconvenience I forgot that we had an appointment yesterday, I was backed up on a big repair/installation and I finished late around 8-9pm. I didn’t get to finish that yesterday and i had to go in today again during the rain. Once again I apologize.
