This week, we had our piano tuned. Initially, we had no idea of who or even how to go about this rare service request. A friend suggested we use Thumbtack as a starting place. Within a few moments after searching ‘piano tuners in KC we had a prospect: NTune Piano Service. From the start we were impressed. Amos was prompt, direct and upfront with us. He explained the process that older pianos required greater care. He had me with a before and after tuning video. What a difference! But the final assurance came when he played a particular and beautiful piece he played from memory, a selective piano piece he promised to a couple he personally knew.
