Alex has been a great motivator and support person for me during my health journey. Meeting with her once to two times a week since I started my journey has been a great motivation for me. She keeps me accountable and is someone I trust to give her honest opinion on and encourages me to listen to my body when something feels off. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting a personal trainer!

I have been training with Alex weekly for two years now, I can wholeheartedly attest to her effectiveness as a trainer. Our first training session I was 220+ lbs, I lacked confidence and battled body image issues. Two years later, not only have lost over 50 lbs, overall heath has significantly improved. Alex took the time to get to know, tailor my personal training to my specific goals and my actual body. Alex always goes the extra mile to help her clients. Whether that be a weekly therapist during workout, support and validation through this tough journey or researching vitamins and foods that will better help balance your hormones for continued long term success. Alex is truly a gem and I can honestly I wouldn’t be where I’m at in my health journey without Alex. I couldn’t recommend a better personal trainer.

Alex is a great trainer! She is very knowledgeable and is great at meeting you where you are in your fitness journey. She makes working out more enjoyable with her ability to create a good workout but also how well she is at being a listener when you need one.

Alex is a wonderful trainer! She is super knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent coach! She pays attention to your individual body and tailors your workouts and coaching experience to your specific needs. Alex is encouraging and motivating and everyone around her gets better. A few months prior to meeting Alex, I had gotten out of the military and experienced an intense personal loss. I was grieving and struggled to find joy in exercise, but working out with Alex gave me a lot to look forward to. Over the past year and a half I've leaned out my physique and increased my max deadlift to 265lbs. Alex inspires me to take pride in my accomplishments and to reach for my goals!
