Hello! I'm Elise (Young) Schreiner, owner and Certified post-op Lymphatic and Therapeutic Therapist. I was also Top Pro for 5 years on Thumbtack in a past life. After 15 years in the massage world Im happy to offer clients an understanding and knowledgeable mind with a library of treatment options. There is no "one size fits all". While I am able to give you standard styles such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release, my expertise is in lymphatics. Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder's) is a gentle skin stretch technique designed to help the body's cleaning tool, the Lymphatic system. It is ideal for anyone and everyone- even those who cannot normally enjoy massage therapy. Oncology patients; autoimmune patients; the injured; the pre and post operative- all benefit in very unique ways from my MLD technique. On the therapeutic side... I don't love to dish out painful deep tissue but I can drop elbows if I need to.

Elise is wonderful. Until I met her, I had never had any kind of therapy that wasn’t directly following many surgeries as a part of my rehab. I have found out that I am forever rehabbing and she has helped a ton. Some visits she understands my issues and limitations and has helped me many times when the pain was more than I was expecting. Elise is awesome, magnificent, extraordinary and phenomenal!! She gave me my 1st ever of many post-op lymphatic massages starting early Feb. 2022. She just "KNOWS" what your body needs every time we meet and amazes me with all her knowledge and kindness. I have actually relied on her massages to deal with my 2 previous whiplashes (which cause headaches) and seldom need to go to my chiropractor for adjustments.
