Thank you for recongnnizing our weirdness and passion for lawn care. We use proven research based off of years of proven results from the UNL turf program to provide a green lush lawn and allow roots to strenghteen and stay strong through the entire season. Your turf type requires a cut height between 3.5" to 4". Our decks are set at 3.75" year round for all properties. This allows for a great smooth cut and a great looking lawn. We have hundreds of happy customers and countless photos that can be submitted proving these results. With that being said we are only looking to close your account moving forward. You currently owe $60 for 2 completed mows. Additionally as indicated in your agreement we require a 30 day notice or a paid early termination fee. As you did not give 30 day notice you were charged the fee. We have offered to discount your early termination fee to $40 instead of the $120. This makes your total due $100. We have tried to work with you on this matter. Should you choose to not pay your account balance we will be forced to take legal action and place a lien on your home. This is not the course we hope to take. However if you choose to not pay your bill we will proceed that direction. We wish you the best of luck and appreciated the opportunity to work with you.
