Alvarez Painting Pros is a great company to work with. They were recommended by several neighbors in our Winterset Facebook group (Lees Summit). We hired them to paint the exterior of our house and a few interior spaces in April 2024. Alvarezs estimate was lower than most, yet still included everything we wanted (and more!) They were flexible with scheduling and allowed us to test out multiple different colors before we committed to one. The crew was professional and hardworking, and they prepped the house thoroughly before beginning to ensure windows, etc. were fully protected. Luis came by each day to check on progress and speak with me. When I had a concern, he and his crew went way above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, at no additional cost. I highly recommend them, and will definitely hire them again for my next project!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! I am so thankful to have found Alvarez Pro Painting. We had a big problem with another contractor and had to find someone else quickly that we could count on to paint the exterior of our home and fix A LOT of wood rot and damaged siding. First, David, the sales rep was amazing and patiently explained everything that would be done and reassured us after a very troubling experience with another contractor. We needed the work done right away and they moved things around to start the repairs immediately and their work was excellent! It felt like we had a new house! Then they carefully painted the house and trim and it is beautiful. Their crew was very concerned about us being happy and kept us informed about everything. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up everything. I highly, highly recommend this company and am grateful to have been rescued out of a bad situation. Other companies could have (and did try) to take advantage of us since we were in a real bind, but they were wonderful.

Like to come out in person for estimates first to get eyes on project meet potential customer and evaluate what the projects details and entails then send over a written estimate and go from there
