This was my first time using L.A cleaning but left disappointed. Leticia did bit of the work but the other lady worker with Leticia (her sister or daughter not sure) did nothing, she didn't want to bend, reach or move things around to clean. She did bathrooms but did absolutely nothing!! Left soapy sticky water on the island! Thankfully my house is very clean so just needed to brush up but I can see few areas that had bit of a dust or marks were still there despite pointing it out! I wasted my time and money and won't be hiring again. Giving two stars for being punctual and text reminders!

I’m sorry for your disappointment. It’s sad to hear that the client didn’t like our work specially in this case where we climbed ladder to please you, wiped down all blinds and basically did a deep clean for the price of a regular cleaning. You expected a deep cleaning for half of the price, refused to pay a little extra for the first cleaning and even though we did everything to please you and attend your expectations. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t like it anyway
