Discount Opportunities: I value customer loyalty and support, which is why I offer discount opportunities to clients who contribute to my growth in the following ways: a. Google Reviews: Clients who leave positive reviews on Google about their experience with my services may be eligible for discounts. These reviews are invaluable in building trust and credibility, and I greatly appreciate the time and effort customers invest in leaving feedback. b. Referrals: Clients who refer my services to others in need can also benefit from discounts. We aim to make initial contact within 15 minutes of receiving the inquiry. This quick response helps us gather essential information and establish a direct line of communication with the customer. 2) Information Gathering: During our initial contact, I focus on understanding the customer's specific needs and requirements. This step is crucial for providing an accurate and comprehensive quote. We encourage open and transparent communication, as it allows us to tailor our services to meet the customer's expectations. 3) Firm Quote: Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we work on providing a firm and detailed quote. Our goal is to offer a transparent estimate that covers all aspects of the requested services, including materials, labor, and any additional considerations. This quote is shared with the customer for their review and approval. 4) Appointment Scheduling: After receiving approval for the quote, we coordinate with the customer to schedule a convenient appointment for the work to be completed. I have acquired valuable education and training that directly relates to my work in interior design and installation. Before founding Dugan Design Co., I dedicated a significant amount of time to honing my skills by working with a local commercial cabinet shop. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in installation practices and equipped me with the necessary tools of the trade. Since then, I have continued to build upon this foundation by expanding my knowledge and expertise in home furnishings installation. I've focused on not only the technical aspects but also the aesthetics, ensuring that every project I undertake not only functions well but also looks visually appealing. This combination of hands-on experience and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement enables me to deliver high-quality and aesthetically pleasing interior design and installation services to my clients.
