- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a set price for all my services. The only time a price would be different is if hair is extra thick or long and also for corrective color.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take extra time to talk about lifestyle, their wishes, examine the hair type, and discuss options. I like to make sure my clients understand maintenance and home care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have such a long list of continued education in color, cutting, makeup, and styling I would not be able to list it all! I do want to mention one of my most rewarding was attending Bumble University for hair in New York twice!
