- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as standard as we can make it. All charges will be clearly spelled out in writing before any work is performed. We may not be the least expensive but we provide a high level of service that others can't or don't match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with an onsite inspection of the property to assist the customer in determining what their needs are. Often we will bring along our lead installer for that particular area so they can see for themselves the customers' situation. From there we will talk about options that are best for the customer in their situation. We're happy to answer any questions that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training available in what we do is experience. All of our lead installers have multiple years of experience in their field which is how we can provide consistent quality.
