- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate of $100 per hour. I can help you with as many different things as you'd like during that time. I do not charge for my drive time and I have no extra hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make it as simple as possible. Call, Text, or Email me and set up an appointment. Let me know what your issue is and where you are located. I'll come out to your location at the soonest time possible that works for both of us. I am vaccinated and will wear a mask in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in business management with a minor in entrepreneurship. While I did take several technology-related classes during my education, most of my skills come from hands on experience. I have run previous online-only companies that were heavily tech based.
