I received advice from a local plumbing company when I had a small leak from a kitchen sink penetrating through the wood ceiling downstairs. It would require tearing out a ceiling, etc. When I called Tried and True, Kyle found the small problem right underneath my kitchen sink and immediately repaired a plastic drain line. They came out within the hour to take a look at both my toilets! The day after a snowstorm! The two young men were very professional and quick. I am very impressed with their service, especially since one toilet's flush handle was so calcified you couldn't move it. All fixed now, very happy.
