- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to Covid-19, I am offering varied discounts on services I offer. These will be discussed on a per service basis and will always aim to be a fair compromise for both talent and professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank you for sharing your interest in my work! All new customers will be contacted and communicated with thoroughly through the preparation stage of the session. We'll iron out as much detail as we can so that there is less stress on the day of the session. This can include mood boards, pinterest sharing, location scouting, etc. Your contact information for image delivery will be gathered after the session and I'll walk through my delivery process again in person. Your email will be registered when you view your new gallery, but will not be spammed with promotions and events throughout the year. All new customers receive a discount on their first order of physical prints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school, I was apart of our E-Communcations program where we focused on all aspects of digital media including film, photography, visual broadcasting, graphic design, web design, and animation. I furthered my education through KU's film and media program until I started working as a studio photographer. My education from there was gained through work experience and mentorship.
