- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we verify that your event date is available or if you are looking for photography services we confirm that we are able to accommodate you fully. Once that is complete we send over a contract via email that is to be signed by both parties. We require a deposit of 50% for the photo booth and 30% for photography services. That payment can be made online or via check in the mail. Once you are fully booked we get in contact with you about logistics and design. For photo booth, we arrive one hour prior to your event for set up, this is on top of your contracted hours. Once the event is complete, we send you all the digital files via online gallery.

Kat has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art with emphasis in Photography from Kansas State University.
