- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is competitive with full-service professional organizers in KC. We don't nickel and dime you with add-on fees. The hourly rate covers any product sourcing, delivery and installation. We take all your donations to the nearest donation center or arrange for a pick-up. If you need additional pro resources, we've got people! Our full-service approach is what sets us apart.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a quick phone call to learn more about what your project is about. Second, a personal consultation or if you send me pictures/video of your space that might be all we need. Third, wI will give you an estimate of time and cost. Fourth, we both sign the Org-etc. client agreement. Fifth, an appointment date is set. Sixth, an invoice is sent and prepaid prior to project day. Most important - we come to your house and work our magic!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Organizing-etc. started in KC in 2010. I worked as an apprentice under the owner for 5 years. I have take several qualification courses from National Association of Professional Organizers as well as the Inspired Organizer master course. And of course, experience is the best teacher. I've been organizing in KC since 2013! Each member of my team has been trained and mentored to qualify to work in your home. I only hire the best!
