- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no surprises. Customers always have the ability to add items on site if they want something else removed. We don’t like to “nickel and dime” customers and price for what is fair for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out as quickly as I can to learn about the needs of a customer. If I can, we give an estimate over the phone or text via pictures for the project. We like to stick to our quotes and don’t have surprise fees or extra charges unless you decide to add something that wasn’t previously discussed. We will schedule a time that works for both of us and get the job done quickly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve got hands on experience not only with moves but with junk removal. It’s usually a pretty simple process and we enjoy doing it for others.
