Made an appointment but didn't show up, then messaged and said they will be 45 min late but never showed up and never answered or replied. Do not hire and waste your time unless you want a NO CALL NO SHOW.

No matter how much you plan, nothing prepares you for when the heat in the house fails and it's -10 degrees outside. James went above and beyond to ensure that the unit was fixed in 24hrs and through the process was educating me on what to watch for. On top of that, he's honest and will suggest reaching out to someone else for a 2nd opinion which is far from the big companies that swoop in an immediately diagnose for a new unit so they can get a commission.
