Joel Vargas is on Next Door also with great reviews. We give him a 10 plus out of 10 plus for installing and cleaning up our front stair porch. He was very friendly and helpful even during his family emergency. Which he promptly returned and finished the job. We went from damaged wooden railings to sturdy last forever metal railings that he purchased then we reimbursed and got us a great deal. Definitely we will be hiring him for deck and painting the house projects! We highly recommend Joel for any handyman job. As he said he does it all!!

Phenomenal job. Showed up next day when he said, got right to work on the issue with our storm door, assisted us with picking out replacement parts at Home Depot and installed new parts and validated fixes. Great value on price. Would hire again.
