- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide an estimate up front on the app for basic jobs. For bigger jobs, I would like to see the site first before I give a firm price. If you want a written estimate for insurance purposes, I charge $65 for that, but if you hire me to do the work, I deduct that from the final bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate by phone or text up front to make sure we are on the same page regarding the project and schedule. I like to communicate a lot throughout the project to make sure you are happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Grandfather and father owned a home building company when I was young so I grew up in the home building business and was taught many of the aspects of building a home, which transfers into the repair and maintaining of a home. I have been a home owner for 30+ years and have always performed the maintenance and up keep myself.
