i keep my prices 20 to 30 percent below blue books
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get my customer's to understand that im there for them. I explain everything that their appliances are going to need and why. I also try to help them understand how to prevent things from happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i worked at Sears for 4 years and maintained my general appliance certification through all major brands like Whirlpool,kenmore,lg,samsung, bosch, Speed Queen, and more.
