- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a specific need we have flat rate pricing. If you have an issue that requires troubleshooting we have a dispatch fee and then our troubleshooting rate. We offer new customer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all your information over the phone to put into our system. We then schedule a time to do an in person or virtual estimate. And lastly, we schedule a time that works best for you to perform the electrical work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are master electricians. We have over 80 years of electrical experience. We continually train ourselves in new technologies such as smart home devices.
