Ivan was responsive to my estimate request, his appointment scheduling, and coordinating my service around my schedule (and the rain). I believe he will quote you an estimate well below other service carriers and will provide high quality work as equal to, or better than, them. Personable, timely and efficient. If I have another issue, I will call him first.

Ivan is a knowledgeable and professional painter in business quite a while. He responded and delivered quickly when our original painter was called away unexpectedly. He is also very nice and accommodating. Our lower level looks beautiful. He and his crew responded quickly to our special requests too. Not all members of the crew necessarily share his perfectionism or talent though. Recommend reviewing work at end of each day so you keep a shorter punch list at the end. We would definitely hire Navidad Painting again and are discussing future projects with Ivan already!

One days notice got our high end home back on track!! Hung our new cedar shutters, sprayed mildew from the existing, and then stained it. It’s looking great now. Very nice team of fellas.
