After getting 3 outrageously priced quotes for exterior painting ($8000 and above?!?), I found Lopez Painting here on Thumbtack. Based on the reviews, I felt like this was the best company to go with. The owner, Erick, had his crew come by on a Saturday to power wash the house. Then on the following Monday, they caulked and repaired the wood rot on the house. A four-man crew arrived promptly on Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. to paint. They were very fast at completing the job as they started working immediately upon arrival. They did not stop from beginning to end, finishing the job in 5 hours! The crew did an exceptional job, and I am very satisfied with the work done, as well as the price. I strongly recommend Lopez Painting. Definitely cannot beat the price compared to other companies.

I do not have enough words to describe how phenomenal Erick and his team were in making our home feel like a home. We had a few surprises in the new home as we were moving in and Erick was very responsive to adding on projects in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner. They took every precaution to ensure paint did not get outside of the selected painting area. They cleaned up every day after their job. They were punctual daily and they ensured we were happy with the job before saying they were done. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. I highly recommend Erick and his team for both interior and exterior painting.

We will be getting our entire exterior home painted including deck stain for a great price! Erick and his guys did a great job on the exterior painting. They were very punctual and really fast with the job. Erick walked around with me to find touch up spots and made sure I was satisfied.
