- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Collect the necessary information to create a account in out system - Schedule the service call time frames for your tech to come out - Tech will call you once he is in route - Tech will access the situation and provided you with pricing before any work is completed or started - If you approve of the pricing we will proceed with the needed repairs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many employees including myself (the owner ) who has & maintains a Master Plumbing as well as Master HVAC license. Master licensing is only required for the company owner, however we push every employee to have one. Its the highest level of education our trade has to offer.
