Virtual Consultations. Consultation Process: 1. Inquire- we will have a quick 10-15 min introductory phone call and decide which designer will best help you reach your goals. 2. Set up a time for your hourly consultation in person or virtual. You will send in photos of your space prior as well as a brief summary of what you hope to accomplish. 3. The Consultation- we will provide you with the tools you need to get your project going in the right direction. We will help you with selections whether you need paint colors, furniture suggestions, exact links, mood boards, etc. Finally, we are always here for you when you're ready to book another consultation. If you have a larger project we can also do flat rate by the project.

Molly and her team are simply amazing! They helped us set up a short term rental property from the ground up. They designed, organized, and set up our property for us. Molly is an excellent designer, decorator, and project manager. We plan on using Molly and her team for various other projects as we have been SO impressed by their professionalism and communication. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I was so pleased with Cody Residential! She listened to my concerns about my living room layout and provided helpful feedback. She was attentive to my preferences of not hanging my tv over the fireplace yet still able to offer new ideas that I hadn’t considered. I’m very pleased with her ability to utilize pieces I already had in a new way, particularly my mirrors. (She even hung some of my art pieces!) She also offered tips for what I should look for when buying new pieces, sitting down with me to show me potential options for a tv console and bar stools. She was professional and personable. I’d definitely recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project has it's own requirements so I like to give clients a couple options in which they can work with me. Typically for smaller projects we will do hourly and I'll provide an estimate for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by having a 10-15 min introductory phone call just to get to know each other and make sure we feel like we are a good fit. At this point, the client tells me about their project and we walk through different options to get started with design if they so choose!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Interior Design Society.
